Download the application.  Complete and send with $25 application fee to:  Attn:  Landis Hicks, HCHS Child Development Center, 171 Raider Circle, Mount Airy, Georgia   30563.  Make checks out to HCHS.

Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.  The applications are numbered upon receipt and the director will contact parents in the Spring of the preluding year.  Please remember that children must turn 4 on or before December 1 of the year attending Habersham Child Development Center.
